About this role

As a vital team member, you will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy and planning, devising social media strategies, and fostering relationships with creatives and copywriters.
Your primary objective will revolve around overseeing all aspects of social media marketing, requiring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. We're seeking a brilliant and daring individual who is eager to learn quickly, loves to quantify results, and is determined to accomplish tasks efficiently. This role is an ideal fit for a self-motivated go-getter who relentlessly pursues growth and possesses a genuine passion for content marketing and communication.
This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely or at our offices in Prague or London.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan and manage a successful content marketing strategy, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media channels
- Develop a strong understanding of our target audience and their online behaviour
- Recruit freelance copywriters and creatives, negotiate agreements and build strong relationships
- Conduct research to define appropriate subjects, topics and keywords
- Create and manage the social media calendar
- Manage customer surveys and product reviews, as well as communicate with the audience that engages with the content
- Maintain creative excellence and a consistent brand voice – ensure that content is proofread, edited and adheres to the brand’s style guide
- Create frameworks, KPIs and a rigorous measurement and testing process; constantly monitor, analyse and improve the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy
Required skills and experience
- 3+ years of full-time experience in content marketing in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up
- Outstanding time management and project management skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem solving skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills, advanced English is a must
- Display strategic, analytical and creative thinking alongside leadership and interpersonal skills
- Broad marketing capabilities, in particular strong knowledge of content planning and SEO, and social media marketing
- Understand data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Action-driven approach and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and minimal guidance
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, SEMRush or similar tools
- Demonstrate samples and results of previous content marketing work
