My order was marked delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Occasionally, the mail carrier may mark packages as "delivered" 24-48 hours ahead of the actual delivery. We kindly ask you to thoroughly check your front and back porches, side doors, garage areas, and even consult with your friendly neighbours, just in case your package was cleverly hidden or mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.

In the event that more than 48 hours have passed since your order was marked as delivered and you're still unable to locate it, don't worry! Boosie is here to lend a hand. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

All EU orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers within the EU, so no import duties or customs fees apply.
