It can give a boost to cognitive function in both humans and animals. So, if your pet needs a memory upgrade or some extra focus, lion's mane could do the trick!
Lion's mane has these amazing things called beta-glucans that are like little superheroes for the immune system. They help your pets fight off icky infections and keep them feeling their best.

So, remember, lion's mane isn't just for us humans. It's a fantastic way to give our animal pals a little extra boost in brain power, immunity, and inflammation control. Let the lion's mane magic begin!

Why is Boosie’s lion’s mane the best?

Our lion's mane is seriously impressive, and we've got the numbers to prove it! Check this out: our lion's mane contains a whopping 32% beta-glucans, which is double what you'll find in the average lion's mane extract out there. We don't mess around when it comes to quality.

But that's not all. We also make sure to test for erinacine A, which is like the superstar compound in lion's mane. Guess what? Our lion's mane has an average of 1.5mg of erinacine A per 1,000mg (that's just 1/2 tsp). We're pretty confident that our erinacine A levels are some of the highest on the market. Boom!

Now, let's talk about extraction ratios. Some brands like to make a big fuss about those numbers, but let us tell you a little secret. Our whole lion's mane made from fruiting bodies is higher in beta-glucans than many extracts that brag about their super high ratios. Quality over quantity, our friends!

So, when it comes to lion's mane that packs a punch, look no further. We've got the beta-glucans, the erinacine A, and the real deal.

What’s erinacine A?

Erinacine A is like the secret weapon hidden inside lion's mane mushroom, and it's not just for us humans! It's a fancy name for a special compound found in this magical mushroom that can work wonders for our furry pals too.

Erinacine A is part of a cool group of compounds called hericenones and erinacines, and they're exclusive to lion's mane. Now, here's where things get exciting. Erinacine A has caught the attention of researchers because it has the potential to make our brains go "whoa!" It's believed to have some serious brain-boosting abilities that can make us and our furry buddies even smarter and sharper.

Imagine this: erinacine A might help their brains produce more of those awesome nerve growth factors. You know, the ones that keep their brain cells healthy and firing on all cylinders. With erinacine A on their side, our furry friends can reach new levels of cognitive prowess. But hey, let's not forget that we're still uncovering all the secrets of erinacine A. There's a lot more research to be done, but it's an exciting little compound that holds promise for the brain health and regeneration of our beloved pets.

So, if you want to treat your four-legged friend to something truly special, give them a taste of lion's mane mushroom and let the power of erinacine A work its magic! They'll be wagging their tails and purring with delight.

Why can the polysaccharide amount be misleading?

Here's the inside scoop on what some brands may not tell you. When it comes to key nutrients, many brands either keep it under wraps or simply don't bother with testing. Sneaky, right?

Now, let's talk about polysaccharides. Some brands might flaunt the polysaccharide content, but here's the catch: polysaccharides can include things like starch, not just beta-glucans. So, even if you see a high polysaccharide amount, it doesn't necessarily mean you're getting a high dose of beta-glucans. You could be getting a whole lot of starch and little to none of those valuable beta-glucans.

We believe in full transparency, which is why we focus on testing and disclosing the key nutrients in our mushrooms. You deserve to know exactly what you're getting, without any hidden surprises. With us, you can trust that our mushroom powders are packed with the good stuff and free from any unnecessary starchy fillers. It's all about giving you the best of the best!

Which part of the lion's mane mushroom do you use?

Our lion’s mane heteropolysaccharides are derived from the fruiting body.

Do you use any fillers or additives?

Nope, not a chance! Our mushroom powders are 100% organic and pure, just like nature intended. No tricks, no extras, only the good stuff for your furry friend's well-being. It's all about keeping it clean and fabulous!

Do you test your mushrooms for heavy metals?

Absolutely! We check our mushrooms for lead, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic.

Are medicinal mushrooms suitable for all pets?

When it comes to medicinal mushrooms, it's important to consider your furry friend's individual needs and consult with your trusted veterinarian.

In general, many pets can benefit from medicinal mushrooms, but there are a few factors to consider:

  • Species and size: Different species of pets may have different sensitivities or responses to medicinal mushrooms. Additionally, the appropriate dosage may vary based on your pet's size.
  • Health condition: If your pet has any pre-existing medical conditions or is on medication, it's essential to consult with your veterinarian before introducing medicinal mushrooms to their routine.
  • Dosage and monitoring: It's important to follow the recommended dosage guidelines provided by your veterinarian. Regular monitoring of your pet's response and any potential changes in their health is essential to ensure their well-being.

Remember, your veterinarian is the guiding star in your pet's health journey. They have the expertise to provide tailored advice and determine if medicinal mushrooms are suitable for your pet.
